Terms and Conditions
STOK SHOP (hereinafter “STOK SHOP.“), makes available to all users the possibility of purchasing via the Internet the products of which it is the sole and exclusive owner.
GENERAL NOTES
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II, Distance Contracts (articles 50 – 67) as amended by Directive 2011/83 EU implemented by Legislative Decree no. 3 December 2013 and by the regulations on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003) and apply to the sale of Products via the Internet, as identified and listed on the Site. The Customer is invited to print or keep these General Conditions in the manner preferred.
In the event of changes to the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Site at the time the Order is sent by the Customer will apply to the purchase order. By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Sale
OFFER TO THE PUBLIC
The Products and the related Prices presented on the Site constitute an offer to the public in accordance with the methods specified in the General Conditions and on the Site itself. The Conditions of this offer apply exclusively to purchases made on the Site www.stok-shop.com.
The purchase contracts stipulated on the Site are concluded with STOK-SHOP.
PRICES
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer for orders placed in Italy and adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent applies to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent Price changes.
The cost of shipping to the Eurozone varies depending on the country you belong to.
REGISTRATION
The Customer must complete his/her Registration according to the methods indicated on the Site prior to sending a Purchase Order, making sure that the information provided is correct.
PURCHASE ORDER
Purchase orders once transmitted to the system are considered approved unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
The Customer therefore assumes responsibility for verifying the correctness of the order created before confirming it.
Upon confirmation of the Purchase Order made through this Site, the Customer will receive confirmation on the email address provided at the time of Registration. STOK SHOP offers the products within the limit of stock availability. STOK SHOP reserves the right to refuse orders, in particular in the case of previous unpaid invoices, subsequently proceeding to re-credit the costs of the goods incurred by the Customer and including VAT and transport costs. The data recorded by STOK SHOP will constitute proof of the order and of the entire transaction. The data recorded in the payment circuit will constitute proof of the financial transaction.
COST OF TRANSPORT
The prices applicable to products ordered are those that appear on the Site www.magazziniross.com on the date of transmission of the order. These prices are to be understood as VAT included.
Shipping and cash on delivery costs are not included.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
All orders placed will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the Customer at the time of placing the order within the timeframes indicated in the shipping cost (Ref. Point 06 Shipping cost) starting from the date of dispatch of the products.
The delivery date will be considered preferential but not binding for STOK SHOP which in any case will do everything possible to ensure punctual compliance.
Deliveries can be made in Italy or Europe for perfume lines.
WARRANTY
The warranty terms applied are those provided by the manufacturer.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery.
In the event that the Customer finds that the goods are damaged or do not conform to the quantities ordered, then the Customer must report this to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reservations, as well as inform STOK SHOP within 3 days of receiving the shipment. In this case, STOK SHOP will (having verified that the Product(s) subject to Withdrawal are/are intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation) provide for the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods and in accordance with the Purchase Order placed.
PAYMENT METHODS
The methods listed on the website apply to payments.
The Customer can issue:
For foreign payments it is possible to use the PAYPAL payment system or advance bank transfer
For national and international payments, our Online Shopping uses PAYPAL and a credit card accreditation system managed by the Stripe circuit.
For goods shipped cash on delivery, you will pay upon receipt of the same directly to the courier in charge of delivery by STOK SHOP, in cash for the amount agreed on the order. All this may include an increase in the sums (Ref. Point 06 Cost of Transport). Invoices are sent together with the goods or upon express request of the customer also electronically to your email address provided.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer is a “Consumer”, as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he/she is entitled to the rights set out in Article 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by EU Decree 2013/83 within the limits set by such legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending – within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products by sending an email to [email protected] .
The goods must then be returned by the Customer within 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated that he/she wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. The shipping address for returns is as follows:

STOK SHOP will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice (if present). The customer will bear the transport costs for the return of non-compliant goods. STOK SHOP will send the product in exchange at its own expense in the case of returns for faulty products and any product exchanges. STOK SHOP, having verified that the returned goods are intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation), will refund the price and the related invoiced shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the communication from the Customer himself of his desire to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made in the same way in which the customer supported his purchase. Exception for cash on delivery. In this case STOK SHOP will refund by bank transfer to the IBAN code indicated.
The withdrawal of the products cannot be exercised in the event of the lack of the original packaging, of all the elements accompanying the product and anything else present in the original packaging. The right of withdrawal applies only if the packaging is not opened as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 art. 59 e.

The product images, descriptions and consumption methods published on the website www.orabenessere.com are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be processed by STOK SHOP subject to specific consent, revocable at any time – for the processing purposes listed below, as specified in the information provided in the specific section “Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003″ (and subsequent updates). The provision of personal data by the legal person, body, association or similar subject is optional, therefore any refusal to provide such data will not have any consequences for the legal person, body, association or similar subject itself, it will only preclude STOK SHOP from processing the data for the marketing purposes listed below:
